Return and Refund Policy

Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, all skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been shipped or delivered. This applies to opened, unopened, used, and unused items.
What this means:

No returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong shade selection, personal preference, or “didn’t work for me.”

No returns or exchanges if you are allergic or sensitive to an ingredient (always review the full ingredient list and patch-test before purchasing).

We do not accept returns on sale, clearance, or bundled items.
The only exceptions (case-by-case):

The item arrived damaged, leaking, or clearly defective (photos required within 48 hours of delivery).

We sent the completely wrong product (proof required).
In these rare cases, contact us at info@nadurtha.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit only (no cash refunds).
All approved replacements are shipped at our expense. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-return policy for skincare products.
