Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery dates provided are approximate and based on information from our carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within [2–4] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, delivery can take upwards of  7 business days depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will contain your Carrier details and tracking number.

We ship from Atlantic Canada. Please be aware we do not offer a same day delivery service. Delivery times will be completely dependent on the Carrier selected.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once proof of delivery is provided by the carrier.
